...that our family hands down since 1963, is to create springs and spring systems for furniture products. Mollificio Bottoli's history began when Mr. Bottoli Valentino, under an ancient porch with two machines started the production of the first handmade springs for embedding in sofas in order to create spring side, as well in sitting pillows, to embed in sofa's main structures, in armrests, in backrests, in bed's structures and in the chairs. Through the years experience grew and products became more and more unique. Nowadays Mollificio mantained the use of work's methods hand down through father to son with great experience gained, and creates springs unique in type. Great work and technique's aging brought them to have high quality products that last in time, mantaining perfect mechanical properties even after many years of any kind of stresses. Mollificio strongly believes in the importance that quality has in their springs, because the product's value often resides in what we can't see. These are the reasons why we realize unique products, customized for every customer, according to his personal comfort, on his needs we can create a softer or harder spring. Moreover, we can give different shapes and sizes at spring systems, there isn't anything fixed, but we produce the product our customers need.
